What we do
Four disciplines. One standard.
Cleanup, mixing, mastering, and refinement — each one held to the same bar: calibrated monitoring, honest turnaround, and a deliverable that sounds intentional everywhere it plays.
Pricing summary
Project rates, at a glance.
“From” rates assume typical source material; your written spec fixes the exact quote — no spec, no deposit. Two revision rounds included; additional rounds quoted at a fixed price. Shipping monthly? Monthly plans cut these rates by up to 48%.
Cleanup
Rescue the signal, keep the soul.
What's included
Surgical noise reduction, click and pop removal, de-hum, de-ess, and spectral repair that bring archival, damaged, or lo-fi recordings back to life without flattening their character. We work from the original source whenever possible and deliver a clean, honest version of what was always there.
Turnaround
2–4 business days for a standard pass. Rush turnaround is available on request for time-sensitive releases.
Deliverables
Clean stereo WAV and FLAC masters, plus a lightly-processed 'character' version when the source benefits from one.
- Spectral repairTargeted removal of hiss, hum, and broadband noise without dulling the program.
- Transient & click removalDe-clicking and de-crackle that preserve the attack of drums and transients.
- Level & phase alignmentConsistent loudness and phase-corrected stereo across every segment.
Mixing
Every element in its place.
What's included
A full mix that balances levels, tone, and space so every instrument and voice lands with intent. We build around the song, not the session, and deliver stems and a polished stereo mix ready for the next stage.
Turnaround
5–10 business days depending on track count and revision scope. Two revision rounds included; additional rounds quoted at a fixed price.
Deliverables
Polished stereo mix, grouped stems (drums, bass, instruments, vocals), and a print-ready reference for mastering.
- Balance & toneLevels, EQ, and dynamics tuned so every element sits with intent.
- Space & depthReverb, delay, and width that build a coherent room around the song.
- Stem deliveryClean, grouped stems so you can remix, remaster, or rebalance later.
Mastering
The final, format-perfect pass.
What's included
Mastering that translates your mix across every format — streaming, vinyl, CD, broadcast, and immersive. Loudness, tonal balance, and dynamics are tuned to the medium so your release sounds intentional everywhere it plays.
Turnaround
2–5 business days per master. Album and EP projects are quoted together with a single timeline.
Deliverables
Streaming, vinyl, CD, and broadcast masters, each with the correct loudness target and file format for its medium.
- Format-specific loudnessSeparate targets for streaming, vinyl, CD, and broadcast — never one-size-fits-all.
- Tonal balanceConsistent tonal character across an album so every track feels like one record.
- Dynamic integrityLoudness that competes without crushing the dynamics that give music life.
Refinement
Finished, formatted, and on time.
What's included
The last mile: final polish, loudness and format compliance, metadata, and delivery in every file type your distributor or platform needs. We handle the technical checklist so your release is ready to ship the moment it leaves the studio.
Turnaround
Scoped per project — typically 1–3 business days once the source is final.
Deliverables
Every file type your distributor or platform needs, with complete metadata and loudness compliance.
- Format complianceCorrect file types, sample rates, and loudness for every destination platform.
- Metadata & deliveryComplete track, album, and ISRC metadata packaged for direct upload.
- Final QCA full quality-control pass on every deliverable before it ships.
The toolchain
Built to translate everywhere.
A mix or master only matters if it holds up in the real world. Our chain is calibrated so decisions made in the studio survive the trip to your listeners.
