Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of AudioVerde's services and this website.
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the AudioVerde™ website and services, operated by American Internet Inc (Austin, Texas). By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Our services
AudioVerde™ provides audio engineering services including mixing, mastering, sound design, music production, podcast post-production, audio restoration, and immersive audio. Services are delivered under a project agreement or a monthly subscription plan, as agreed with you.
We are an audio engineering studio. This website never plays audio — any waveform graphics you see are purely decorative.
Subscriptions, auto-renewal & refunds
Monthly subscription plans (currently Solo, Studio, and Network) are arranged by email, except the Studio plan, which can be started through a secure hosted checkout on this website. Payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. For plans arranged by email, the price, billing method, and start date are confirmed with you in writing before the plan begins.
Recurring charges. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, a plan renews automatically each month and the monthly fee is billed in advance until you cancel. By confirming a plan, you authorize these recurring charges.
How to cancel. Email audioverde.aii@gmail.com with the subject “Cancel plan”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep the plan's included work until then. Please give notice at least 3 business days before your renewal date so that you are not charged for the next period.
Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial months, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing. If we are unable to deliver the work included in a billing period, we will credit or refund the affected portion.
We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing a plan after the new price takes effect means you accept it; you may cancel before then.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, grant us the rights needed to perform the work, and deliver source material in a usable format. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you submit for our services.
You agree not to use our services to infringe the rights of others or to submit unlawful content.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we produce for your project, subject to any third-party rights. We retain the right to use non-confidential work samples in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, and design — is the property of AudioVerde™ and may not be reproduced without permission. You keep ownership of the material you send us.
Acceptable use
When using this site or our services, you agree not to:
- Break any law or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of anyone else.
- Send us content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting.
- Use the site to send spam, or scrape it in a way that burdens the service.
Copyright & DMCA notices
We respect the rights of copyright owners. If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated contact at audioverde.aii@gmail.com (American Internet Inc, Austin, Texas) that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work and of the material you claim is infringing, with its location on the site.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Takedown & counter-notice
When we receive a complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and may notify the person who supplied it. That person may send a counter-notice to the same email address with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complainant tells us it has filed a court action. We may end access for repeat infringers. Knowingly submitting a false notice may carry legal liability.
Disclaimer of warranties
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioVerde™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.
Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the informal resolution step below, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you and we consent to those courts' jurisdiction and venue.
Dispute resolution
If you have a concern, please email us first at audioverde.aii@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If we cannot, either party may take the matter to court as described above. These terms do not contain an arbitration agreement or a class action waiver; disputes are resolved by the courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
